This is a blog about building things quietly.

The first thing I am building is a reading app. The idea is simple: what if a blog felt like a book? What if reading on your phone felt like sitting down with something, rather than scrolling through it?

I am calling it codename Cosy Reader for now. The name is not settled.

This blog will follow the build — the decisions, the wrong turns, the moments where it starts to look like the thing it is supposed to be.
